By accessing or using the Beyblade X Puerto Rico Rankings platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

This platform is operated by DMK Esports for the Puerto Rico Beyblade X community.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Only claim player profiles that belong to you
• Not attempt to manipulate rankings or tournament data
• Respect other community members
• Not use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

• Profile claims may require administrator approval
• False profile claims may result in account suspension
• Tournament data is imported from official sources (Challonge) and may contain errors
• Contact administrators to report data inaccuracies
• Rankings are calculated automatically and may be adjusted for corrections

• This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not affiliated with Takara Tomy or Hasbro
• BEYBLADE is a trademark of Takara Tomy Co., Ltd.
• Rankings and statistics are for community use and are not official
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time

• Tournament data belongs to the tournament organizers
• User-generated content (decklists, profiles) remains owned by users
• By submitting content, you grant us license to display it on the platform
• The platform design and code are owned by the developers
