When you use the Beyblade X Puerto Rico Rankings system, we may collect:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and optional profile picture when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Player Profile Data: Tournament results, rankings, team affiliations, and gameplay statistics imported from Challonge or entered manually.
• Decklist Information: Beyblade combinations you submit for tournaments.
• Usage Data: Basic analytics about how you use the platform to improve our services.

• Display public player rankings and tournament results
• Allow you to claim and manage your player profile
• Enable team affiliations and community features
• Send notifications about tournament events (with your consent)
• Improve the platform based on usage patterns

We retain your data for as long as you maintain an account. Tournament results and rankings are kept indefinitely as part of the historical record of the Puerto Rico Beyblade X community.

You can request deletion of your account by contacting the administrators. Note that historical tournament data may be retained in anonymized form.

We rely on trusted third-party services to run the platform. Your information may be processed by:

• Google: Sign-in (OAuth) and analytics. When you choose "Continue with Google" we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
• Challonge: Tournament brackets and results we import to build rankings.
• Cloudinary: Hosting of images you upload, such as logos, avatars, and banners.
• ATH Movil: Payment processing for event registration fees. We do not store full payment card details.
• Google Sheets: Syncing tournament data for organizers.
• SendGrid: Delivering account and tournament notification emails.
